Ideal for your everyday laundry needs. We help you save hours per week allowing us to handle all of your laundry needs right from your door and return them freshly cleaned and perfectly folded.

This is the perfect service for items you want professionally cleaned and returned. Your laundry will be returned separated accordingly.

 

1. Wash Only

 

We also provide our customers with the service of washing only and no drying. We have customers who may have issues with their washers only or reduce cost/payroll.

Per Pound Rate for Commercial Laundry Full Service/folded included (sheets, towels, pillow cases, duvets, etc) $3.25lb Pickup/Dropoff included-This rate is negotiable based on your quantity and contractual agreement for services

FLAT RATES

We also offer flat rates for your laundry needs. This process can be priced per item or, we take an average of your poundage over the course of 30 days to determine a flat rate agreed upon.

 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

 

What exactly does per item mean?

You will be billed $.85 per sheet or $.50 per washcloth (example only)

How large of a quantity must we have for the prices to be negotiated?

We try to remain competitive and fair. For reduced pricing, we would require a minimum of 500-1000lbs per week to be serviced.

 

Can I receive reduced pricing if I have multiple locations?

Absolutely. If one location has 500lbs and the other has 500lbs, reduced pricing applies

 

What is the turn around time for my laundry to be returned?

Return time is based on the needs and contract. Normally within 24-48 hours is our standard turnaround time. For Hotels, we suggest every other day pickup and drop off. For busy weekends due to sport events and holidays, you may have services daily on the weekends. During those times, we suggest having adequate staff and you may have the wash/dry only service to ensure your laundry is returned within a few hours.

 

What happens to our laundry needs due to unforeseen circumstances such as hurricanes, etc?

We strongly suggest to all our clients to always keep linens on hand for emergencies only. We will always strive to ensure your laundry is processed. We are not in control of the closing of bridges and roads due to the safety of our staff and your laundry.

 

Partnership Services

 

 

We have partnered with several hotels to be their provided laundry services to their hotel guests. We negotiate pricing for everything to be a win/win situation.

How Does This Work Exactly?

Your Hotel may agree to charge your guests $2.25lb. The Laundry Doctors will bill you  $1.25lb. Your Hotel will gain $1lb just for providing the service to your guest. (this is only an example)
