1. Payment Terms

 

The payment for the services must be done at the beginning of each service month/week for effective performance and providence of supplies. All payments are to be sent in USD upon receipt of invoice. We accept ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards. In some cases we allow an 8% discount for the payment of invoices if paid weekly. Personal checks are not accepted at this time for payment.

 

1. Supplies

 

The Laundry Doctors will provide for all sorts of labor, cleaning supplies, supervision, and workmanship. All supplies will be of the best quality which is supervised by our cleaning expert team.

 

1. Additional Services

 

All other laundry services which might be required must be notified for confirmation and to quote the pricing and supplies that could be required. The payments for additional services must be done in advance.

 

1. Cancellation and Termination

The Laundry Doctors has the right to modify, reject, cancel, or stop any plans or work in process. However, the Client must agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses we incurred before any change in instructions, and which relate to non-cancelable commitments, and to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any liability relating to such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.

 

1. Garment Care

 

Our company assures that the services provided will be excellent and of first-rate quality. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain a nurturing laundry service. For changes in  how we render our services, you can contact the company.
